The Silver Cliff story

For the past half-century, this beautiful site was the home of Silver Cliff Motel and Cliff n’ Shore Motel and Cabins. Thousands of families and couples have enjoyed this special place on the North Shore.

In 2005 the property was sold to Silver Cliff Properties, and the motels were literally cut up and moved to another location. Two hotels and two homes were eventually relocated and recycled to new owners. One historic cabin remains on the site.

The plan for 13 owner-occupied lakeshore homes was approved in late 2005, and construction on the homes began in June 2006.
